BAKER DRIVETRAIN Direct Drive 6-Speed Gear Set — 3.24:1 1st, 0.86:1 6th, Polished – 90-97 Touring, 90-94 FXR

⚙️ A direct-drive conversion designed to install into existing five-speed cases and lower RPM at cruising speeds.

Includes a trap door, a complete six-speed gear set, 28-tooth motor sprocket, longer primary chain, adjusting shoe, fixed spindle-shift drum and an anti-overshift ratchet shift pawl assembly for smoother, positive shifting.

The bearing door is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and uses wider bearings with retainer plates in place of snap rings for improved reliability.

Gearsets are manufactured from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treatment and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling to reduce noise and improve torque handling.

All gears are full-width ground gears, with higher gears using helical profiles for silent operation and easier-to-find neutral.

Kit ships with easy-to-follow instructions and is made in the USA.
