XR handlebar installation kit delivers reliable fit and quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy gauge metal embedded in an abrasion resistant nylon outer jacket for durability and improved braking response, and are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Manifolds included in some kits feature an all-brazed construction and use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.

Designed for tall handlebars with 2" risers, the kit balances ease of installation with dependable performance. 🔧🏍️
