The XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

The XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response, and they comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation. The kit includes a quick connect upper clutch and uses the existing lower clutch and brake line; DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
