The Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit provides a complete cable and brake line solution for custom and retrofit handlebar projects. 🔧

Kit components include throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extensions unless otherwise noted. ✨

All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings for a cohesive, finished look.

Brake lines are built with PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber reinforcement, a premium Signature Magnum braid, and an outer PVC jacket for long-term durability.

Cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency while meeting or exceeding OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. 🛠️

For dual disc models the kit includes an all-brazed manifold to prevent leaks and alignment issues, and the kit is assembled in the USA; it is intended for use with ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers. 🇺🇸
