Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers OE-level fit and durable construction at an economical price. ⚙️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Magnum XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for straightforward installation, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

The kit is based on tall-style handlebars with 2" risers, includes a quick connect upper clutch, and uses the existing lower clutch and brake line. DOT certification applies only in the USA. 🔧
