Karbonfibr designer handlebar installation kit delivers a complete matched set of braided cables and DOT-compliant brake lines for custom motorcycles.

The kit includes premium brake lines, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, all necessary hardware, and fully terminated or plug-and-play switch and turn signal extensions.

All cables and DOT brake lines feature a braided wire covering with highly polished black chrome-plated fittings, providing a refined, high-tech appearance.

Premium Karbonfibr brake lines use PTFE tubing braided with aramid-fiber reinforcement, a signature braid pattern, and a clear PVC jacket to protect the braid.

All cables are designed for low effort and high efficiency and meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Kits for dual-disc models include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, misalignment, and unattractive threaded connections.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications and the kit is assembled in the USA. Professional installation is recommended for custom applications. 🔧
