The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers great fit and reliable quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, dot-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use an enhanced construction with a heavy-gauge core embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Manifolds that are included use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal fitment and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is valid only in the USA.

This kit is based on taller handlebars and 2" risers for standard installation. 🔧
