The XR handlebar installation kit delivers excellent fit and reliable performance at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use an enhanced construction of a heavy-gauge metal core embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation and authentic appearance.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safe riding.

This kit is designed for tall, riser-style handlebars with 2" risers.
