The XR Handlebar Installation Kit offers a precise fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and the cable designs are low-effort, high-efficiency solutions that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

XR brake lines use an enhanced construction with a heavy-gauge core embedded in an abrasion-resistant outer jacket for superior durability and confident braking response. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is only valid in USA.
