The XR handlebar installation kit delivers precise fit and proven construction at an economical price. ⚙️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use a heavy-gauge metal core embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Manifolds employ an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation, and brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

The kit is designed for tall, riser-mounted handlebars and 2" risers.
