The FEULING® HP+® High Volume Oil Pump increases oil pressure, oil volume and scavenging to deliver quieter, smoother operation and cooler engine and oil temperatures. Test results show measurable rear-wheel gains and a significant reduction in sump oil levels. ⚙️
- Increases oil pressure and return scavenging; oil temperatures run approximately 15°–30° cooler and engine temps 15°–25° cooler.
- Provides 10–30 psi more oil pressure and reduces wet sumping, blow-by and oily air cleaners.
- Dyno-tested gains: up to 2 horsepower and 2 ft/lbs of torque to the rear wheel on M-Eight engines.
- Includes a billet high-volume oil pump and FEULING® High Flow billet camplate made from 7075 aluminum; matching portholes in the camplate and case improves lifter, piston jet and bearing oiling.
- Bench-tested: the relief valve is seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop-off at 55–60 psi.
- Increased oil volume from larger gears and properly sized passages, plus a correctly seated relief valve, is essential for reliable oiling system function and eliminates common factory pressure and scavenge issues.
- FEULING® M-Eight pumps include a groove machined on the back cover to accept the factory crank bearing seal. Optional camplate/oil pump fastener kit PART #2401-0993 available separately.
- Made in the USA. FEULING® testing shows up to a 50% reduction in engine sump oil level when properly installed and operated.
- Note: M-Eight oil pick up port is on the right side of the engine; letting the bike idle or warm up on the kickstand can naturally fill the engine case and skew the oil level reading in the tank.
