Upgrade your M-Eight oiling system with a high pressure, high volume oil pump designed to address common factory pump limitations. These pumps increase oil flow in and out of the engine with corrected tolerances, enlarged passages and larger gerotor gears for improved lubrication, cooler oil temperatures and reduced wet sumping. 💧⚙️
Key performance details include high-flow 2.250" chrome moly gerotor gears, precision-machined pressure relief valve and bore, and a magnet to help protect gears and the relief valve. Every pump is bench tested: relief valve seats and seals to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop-off at 55–60 psi (EU spec: minimum 2.06 bar with full pop-off at 3.79–4.13 bar).
When matched to a high-flow cam plate, pumps increase scavenge and pressure volumes to reduce oil build up in the crankcase and to lower overall engine temperatures. Matched passages and port sizing yield 42% more scavenge volume and 68% more oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings compared with stock configurations.
Other benefits: corrected kidney passage volume, increased oil pressure, improved scavenge port holes and galleys (requires matching to a compatible high-flow cam plate part #0932-0192), elimination of common pressure and scavenge issues, and improved rear-wheel horsepower and torque.
Notes: the M-Eight oil pick up port is on the right side of the engine; letting the bike idle or warm up on the kickstand can fill the engine case and skew the oil level in the tank. Each pump is bench tested for reliable performance and longevity.
