🔧 The HP+® Oil System Packs for M8 deliver a complete, high-volume oiling upgrade engineered to improve pressure, scavenge capacity and overall engine cooling for M8 engines.
Fueling® billet components and upgraded pump geometry increase oil flow and volume by enlarging pump reservoirs and matching portholes to the engine case, directing more oil to lifters, piston cooling jets, crank and rod bearings.
- Billet 6061 high-volume oil pump and Fueling® high-flow 7075 billet camplate for improved strength and durability.
- Bench-tested relief valve: seated and sealed to a minimum of 30 psi with full pop-off at 55–60 psi for reliable pressure control.
- Up to 68% more oil volume to crank and rod bearings and 42% more scavenge volume with matched passages and port sizing.
- Engine temperatures run typically 15°–25° cooler and oil temperatures 15°–30° cooler, reducing wet sumping, blow-by and oily air cleaners.
- Dyno-tested gains: roughly 2 HP and 2 ft·lb to the rear wheel on M8 engines; smoother, quieter operation and 10–30 psi more oil pressure in many applications.
Includes HP+® hydraulic roller lifters, cam installation kit, cam bearing, cam/crank bolts and washers, engine and fastener assembly lube, plus the high-volume pump and High Flow camplate.
Optional Fueling® X ARP bolt kits are available for camplate and pump combinations; some ARP oil pump bolts do not use washers — consult kit instructions.
Note: M8 engines must check clearance on the front exhaust lifter to camshaft flange fit before installation.
