The bearing door is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and uses wider bearings with retaining plates instead of snap rings for a more robust installation.

Gears are made from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treating, and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling for quieter operation.

All gears are full-width, with the top three gears helical for silent operation; the set fits into existing 5-speed cases and lowers cruising rpm.
