The billet 6061-T6 aluminum bearing door provides wider bearing support and uses a bearing retainer plate instead of the stock-style snap rings.

Gears are manufactured from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treat and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling for quieter operation.

All gears are full-width; the higher gears are cut helical for silent engagement, delivering smoother, more positive shifting and easier-to-find neutral.

The kit installs into existing five-speed cases to reduce cruising rpm, and includes a trap door, longer primary chain, adjusting shoe, fixed spindle-shift drum and an anti-overshift ratchet shift pawl assembly.
