• Designed to fit into existing 5-speed cases to reduce rpm during cruise.
• Complete 6-speed gear set with 3.24:1 first gear and 0.86:1 sixth gear, 28-tooth motor sprocket, longer primary chain, adjusting shoe, fixed spindle-shift drum and anti-overshift ratchet shift pawl assembly.
• All gears are full-width ground gears; 4th, 5th and 6th gears are helical for silent operation.
• Bearing door machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with wider bearings and bearing retainer plates instead of stock snap rings.
• Redundant Neutral Smooth Shift System for dependable neutral engagement.
• Gearsets are manufactured from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treating and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling for quieter operation.
