The XR handlebar installation kit offers great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy-gauge steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Kits that include manifolds are fully brazed for optimal OE fit and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications and DOT certification applies only in the United States.

Designed for use with taller handlebars and 2" risers, the kit also includes an upper-clutch connector and adapter for use with the existing lower clutch and brake line. 🏍️
