Magnum XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and reliable quality at an economical price. 🔧🏍️

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Magnum XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response for safe riding. Manifolds that are included use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. DOT certification is only valid in the USA.

Kits include an upper clutch quick connect and adapter designed to work with existing lower clutch and brake lines for simplified setup.
