The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a precise fit and reliable quality at an economical price.

Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and the cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking; kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. Kits are designed for ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers and include a quick connect upper clutch while using the existing lower clutch and brake line. DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
