The XR Handlebar Installation Kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. Designed for tall, pulled-back handlebar setups and 2" risers, the kit delivers reliable performance on the street. 🏍️

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for durability and improved braking response; assemblies that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is valid only in the USA.

The kit is supplied ready to use with hardware and terminated wiring, and it is compatible with existing lower clutch and brake lines while providing an upper-clutch quick-disconnect for fast service.
