XR Handlebar Installation Kit 🔧🏍️

The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. It is designed for taller handlebar setups using risers.

Kit includes

  • Throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions
  • Clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line
  • DOT brake lines with heavy gauge stainless core and abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket
  • Copper crush washers and all necessary hardware
  • Fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions

All fittings are highly polished before plating. Cables are engineered for low effort and high efficiency and meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Manifolds use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Installation is straightforward and intended for handlebar setups with risers; professional installation is recommended when routing brake and clutch lines. 🙂
