Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
Magnum XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.
Kits with manifolds use an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.
Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT-certification is valid only in the USA. The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers, and it includes a Quick Connect upper clutch while using the existing lower clutch and brake line.
