The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a precise fit and reliable construction at an economical price.

This kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Magnum XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and responsive braking.

Where included, manifolds are fully brazed for optimal fit and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

The kit is designed for ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers and meets DOT FMVSS-106 specifications for safe braking performance.
