🏍️ XR handlebar installation kit delivers a great fit and lasting quality at an economical price.

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished prior to plating, and all cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Where included, manifolds are all-brazed for optimal OE fitment and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications, and the kit is optimized for use with ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.
