The Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, race-grade cable and brake solution engineered for reliable, maintenance-friendly performance.

The kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch wiring or turn signal extension.

All cable and brake lines feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome plated fittings. Brake lines use PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fiber, premium Signature Magnum braids, and an outer PVC jacket for long service life.

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design that meets or exceeds OE specifications.
  • Dual disc kits include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks and alignment issues.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
  • Assembled in the USA.
