The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a precise fit and high-quality components at an economical price. 🛠️

Kits include terminated throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel braid inside an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response; brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106. Note: DOT certification is only valid in the USA.

Manifolds use an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance and use -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. The kit is based on ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers. 🏍️
