The XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.
Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
The XR brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.
Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance; manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation.
Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. DOT certification is valid only in the USA. The kit is based on ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers. 🏍️
