Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
Brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction for optimal fitment and appearance; manifolds employ -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake hoses are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
