The XR handlebar installation kit delivers a great fit and high-quality performance at an economical price. 🛠️🏍️

Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, all required hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. All fittings are highly polished before plating.

The cable designs are low-effort, high-efficiency and meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response. Manifolds (where included) are fully brazed for optimal fit and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.
