🔧 The XR Handlebar Installation Kit provides an excellent fit and high-quality components at an economical price. Designed for ape hanger style handlebars with 2" risers, the kit includes the parts needed for a tidy, reliable installation.

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating. Cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response; they comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
  • Kits that include manifolds feature all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for optimal OE fitment, appearance, and easier installation.
