The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions. All fittings are highly polished before plating. 🛠️

The cables feature a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance, with -3 AN connections for easy installation. Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. This kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers. 🏍️
