Magnum XR handlebar installation kit delivers a reliable fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🔧✨ This complete kit is engineered for straightforward installation and dependable on-road performance.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT-compliant brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating. Cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance. The brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and responsive braking. Manifolds included in some kits use an all-brazed construction with -3 AN connections for clean appearance and easy installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
