This XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. It includes a comprehensive selection of control cables, fully terminated wiring extensions, copper crush washers, hardware, and all necessary fittings for a tidy, reliable installation.

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating and cables are designed for low effort and high efficiency, meeting or exceeding OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and confident braking response. Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for straightforward installation. Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
