XR Handlebar Installation Kit

The XR handlebar installation kit delivers reliable fit and finish at an economical price. The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • Low-effort cable design meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and improved braking response
  • All fittings are highly polished prior to plating for a refined appearance
  • Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for accurate fit and easy installation
  • Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications
  • Kit is based on use with common handlebar styles and 2" risers
