The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers reliable fit and quality at an economical price. 🚀

The kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.
  • Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation and optimal appearance.
  • Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. Kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers.

Installation notes: kits include all necessary fittings and wiring extensions for a straightforward install; all fittings are highly polished before plating for a clean finish. 🛠️
