XR Handlebar Installation Kit

Built for a great fit and excellent value, this kit provides all the cables, lines, hardware and wiring extensions needed for a clean handlebar install. Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction and endurance, the components offer low effort and high efficiency for reliable on-road performance. 🔧✨

  • Includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, plus clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line.
  • XR DOT brake lines feature heavy-gauge stainless cores with abrasion-resistant nylon outer jackets for improved durability and braking response.
  • Copper crush washers, mounting hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions are included for straightforward installation.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating; manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy, precise fitment.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Everything in the kit is optimized for straightforward installation with riser-style handlebars and standard risers; the included brake components and fittings make routing and connection reliable and repeatable for safe riding.
