XR Handlebar Installation Kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🔧

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating and cables are a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • Magnum XR brake lines use an enhanced construction of heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and excellent braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction to ensure optimal OE fitment and appearance, and manifolds use -3 AN connections for easy installation. The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers. DOT certification is only valid in USA.
