S&S CYCLE Cam Chest Kit without Cams for Gear Drive M8 — Gear Drive, Black Pushrod Tubes – 17-25 Touring, 17-26 CVO

Built for gear drive M8 applications, this S&S Cycle cam chest kit combines a cam plate, oil pump, tappets, tappet cuffs, Quickee pushrods, and gloss black pushrod tubes in one package.

The precision-machined billet aluminum oil pump/cam plate features removable passage plugs for servicing, an independent scavenge section for the flywheel cavity and cam chest, and debris screens in both scavenge pickups. A cam chest-side magnet helps reduce debris entering the oil pump.

Flow is increased 44% on the supply side and 58% on the scavenge side. The adjustable pressure relief valve can be set with the unit installed in the engine.

S&S Precision Tappets are hand assembled to exacting tolerances for reduced valvetrain noise, close leak-down control, fast pump-up, and high-rpm performance. The billet aluminum tappet cuffs use a hard-anodized black coating for added stability in high-lift and high-rpm conditions.
