🔧 The 412 Series shocks are designed specifically for Harley models to provide a simple, durable, cost-effective suspension upgrade. Their straightforward construction makes them a reliable choice for everyday riding and heavier applications.

Key features include a five-position cam-style spring-load preload adjuster so you can easily dial in your ride, and multiple style options such as full show-chrome or black covers, and chrome or black springs and end caps. All shocks are measured center-of-eyelet to center-of-eyelet.

• When installing shocks on '86-'15 XL models, it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard to allow proper clearance.
• A shock slightly longer than stock may alter head angle and provide quicker steering; a slightly shorter shock may slow steering.
• Heavy duty applications are recommended for bikes operated near the manufacturer's maximum load rating more than 50% of the time.
• Before purchasing or installing shocks that differ from OEM length, confirm wheel travel changes will not cause clearance issues such as swingarm/axle to exhaust contact or chain/belt guard or tire contact.
