The 412 Series Shocks are designed specifically for Harley models to provide a simple, durable and cost-effective improvement to suspension performance. A five-position cam-style spring load preload adjuster makes it easy to dial in your ride. Some or all shocks listed are approved for road use; refer to the most recent certificate for current listing.

All shocks are measured center-of-eyelet to center-of-eyelet. When installing shocks on '86-'15 XL models, it may be necessary to modify or space the chain/belt guard to allow proper clearance. A shock slightly longer or shorter than stock may alter the head angle and affect steering response. Heavy duty applications are recommended for bikes operated near the manufacturer's maximum load rating over extended periods.

Before purchasing or attempting to install shocks that differ from the OEM length, confirm that wheel travel can be altered without clearance issues such as swingarm or axle contact with the exhaust, chain/belt guard, or tire. Made in the USA. 🔧🏍️🇺🇸
