The Replacement Flywheel Assembly is a fully assembled, dynamically balanced unit engineered for high-performance big-bore engines. Trued to less than .0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces, it is capable of higher rpm and fully compatible with gear drive cams.

• Fits 96", 103" and 106" big-bore engines, and 110"/117" engines with stock or S&S pistons (will be noted)
• Fully assembled with premium-quality S&S® heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods, featuring full-width wrist pin ends
• Trued to less than .0005" runout on critical bearing surfaces for improved durability at speed
• CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings to deliver superior strength
• The only joints are where the 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is pressed into the flywheels; pinion and sprocket shafts are forged as part of the assembly
