• Top compression rings are barrel face to improve sealing and heat transfer
• Second compression rings are reverse torsional taper face to promote side sealing and better oil economy
• Oil control rings are a three-piece flex vent design with two rails and one expander for positive oil control
• Promotes heat transfer between the piston and cylinder wall and helps transfer combustion energy to the crankshaft
• Includes enough rings for two pistons; two rings per groove except for the rails that use two rail rings per expander

Important: Due to the thermal conductivity and design of KB pistons, special attention is required to the top ring end gap. Please read the instructions furnished with the piston for correct ring installation.
