This complete overdrive transmission kit is engineered for smoother shifting, quieter operation and improved highway performance.

• Includes trap door, all gears, mainshaft, countershaft, shifter drum, detent components, bearings, snap rings, gaskets and hardware.
• Significantly smoother shifting than stock thanks to a roller detent shift drum with reduced inertia and gear dogteeth featuring lead-in ramping.
• Bearing door manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum and fitted with wider bearings and bearing retainer plates instead of the stock snap rings.
• Gears are made from 8620 steel, cut before heat treating and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling for quieter operation.
• Designed to lower RPMs for smoother highway speed operation and increased fuel efficiency.
• Made in the USA. Exhaust bracket may require modification when using these kits.
• Fits into stock and most aftermarket 5-speed transmission cases; recalibration of electronic speedometers (see part 2210-0391) must be completed after installation.
