Direct Drive 6-Speed Gear Set delivers smoother, more positive shifting and improved torque handling for rider upgrades. 🔧🇺🇸

The kit includes a trap door, a complete 6-speed gear set (3.24:1 first gear, 0.86:1 sixth gear), a 28-tooth motor sprocket, a longer primary chain, an adjusting shoe, a fixed spindle-shift drum, and an anti-overshift ratchet shift pawl assembly.

The bearing door is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and features wider bearings with bearing retainer plates instead of stock-style snap rings for greater durability.

Gears are made from 8620 steel, cut prior to heat treat and precision ground with diamond-coated tooling for quieter operation. All gears are full-width Baker ground gears; 4th, 5th and 6th gears are helical for silent running.

The set fits into existing 5-speed cases to lower rpm at cruising speeds and makes neutral easier to find. The kit includes easy-to-follow instructions; recalibration of electronic speedometers (see part# 2210-0391) must be completed after installation.
