The kit uses a close-ratio first gear to widen the usable speed range in first and to reduce the rpm drop when shifting into second, improving low-speed control and acceleration. ⚙️

Designed to convert a stock five-speed transmission into a six-gear configuration, the package includes gaskets and seals for installation and is made in the USA.

Installation notes: a speedometer sensor block-off plate kit is required; if the speedometer is not driven from the transmission, two block-off plate kits are required. The trap door extends 3/8" farther to the right than the stock part and may require alteration to nearby attaching parts. Speedometer recalibration is required after installation.
