XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for superior durability and responsive braking; they comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.

Manifolds are all-brazed for optimal fit and appearance and use -3 AN connections for easy installation; the kit includes an upper clutch connector and adapter and is designed to work with existing lower clutch and brake lines. DOT certification is valid only in the USA.
