XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price.

Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

All fittings are highly polished before plating, and all cables are low-effort, high-efficiency designs that meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.

Brake lines use heavy gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.

Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation.

Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; DOT certification is valid only in the USA.

The kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers, and it includes a quick connect upper clutch that uses the existing lower clutch and brake line. 🏍️
