Black Pearl™ Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, ready-to-install wiring and brake solution for custom handlebars. ⚙️

This kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any required switch and turn-signal wiring.

All cable and brake assemblies feature Black Pearl™ braid with highly polished black chrome–plated fittings for show-quality appearance and long-term serviceability. ✨

Brake hoses use PTFE inner tubing, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid reinforcement, premium Signature Magnum braids, and a protective outer PVC jacket for exceptional durability.

Kits for dual-disc setups include an all-brazed manifold to eliminate leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications, and every assembly meets or exceeds OE standards for fit, construction, and endurance.
