The Sterling Chromite II® Designer Handlebar Installation Kit delivers a complete, ready-to-install package for riders seeking polished performance and dependable braking. 🔧

This kit includes throttle and idle cables with throttle-by-wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, all required hardware, and necessary switch wiring and turn signal extensions.

  • All cable and brake lines feature Sterling Chromite II® braid with highly polished chrome-plated fittings for lasting corrosion resistance.
  • Brake lines use PTFE inner tubing with aramid fiber and premium braids under an outer PVC jacket for optimized flow and durability.
  • Low-effort, high-efficiency cable design meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • For dual disc applications, the kit includes an all-brazed manifold to prevent leaks, eliminate alignment issues, and avoid unattractive threaded connections.

Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications and the kit is assembled in the USA. 🛠️🇺🇸
