The XR handlebar installation kit offers a great fit and excellent quality at an economical price. 🏍️

Each kit includes throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle‑by‑wire extensions, a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.

  • All fittings are highly polished before plating
  • Low‑effort, high‑efficiency cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance
  • Brake lines feature heavy‑gauge stainless steel with an abrasion‑resistant nylon jacket for durability and responsive braking
  • Kits with manifolds use all‑brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation
  • Brake lines are compliant with DOT FMVSS‑106 specifications
  • Kits are based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers
