The XR Handlebar Installation Kit delivers an economical, OE-quality fit and reliable performance for ape hanger handlebars. 🛠️🏍️

This kit includes everything needed for a clean installation and safe operation.

  • Throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions
  • Clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, plus DOT-compliant brake lines
  • Copper crush washers and all required hardware
  • Fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions for plug-and-play routing
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating for a refined appearance
  • Brake lines feature stainless steel reinforcement in an abrasion-resistant nylon jacket for durability and responsive braking
  • Kits with manifolds use brazed construction and -3 AN connections for easy installation

All cables meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, construction, and endurance. Designed around ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers for straightforward fitment.
