XR handlebar installation kit provides a precise fit and high-quality components at an economical price. 🚀

  • Kits include throttle and idle cables or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, XR DOT brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions.
  • All fittings are highly polished before plating for a refined appearance.
  • All cables use a low-effort, high-efficiency design that meets or exceeds OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance.
  • XR brake lines use heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in an abrasion-resistant nylon outer jacket for superior durability and improved braking response.
  • Kits that include manifolds use an all-brazed construction and -3 AN connections for optimal OE fitment and easy installation.
  • Brake lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. Kit is based on using ape hanger style handlebars and 2" risers. DOT certification is only valid in USA.
